Hasrat Ali Khan (born 7 July 1965) is an Indian martial arts master and Chief Instructor for South Asia and the UAE in Tenshinkan Shotokan Karate. Born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India he began his martial arts journey with Judo, earning a black belt ( JFI ) before transitioning to Karate.

He trained under renowned Japanese international masters and later in Japan under Kancho Mamoru Miwa and Takashi Shihan, achieving the prestigious 9th Dan rank. He has won several national and international medals, including a silver medal in world Karate Championships Japan in 2001.

He is also ( Class A referee & Judge with the Asian Karate Federation and currently serves as joint Technical Director of the Karate India Organization. He has played a key role in promoting Karate across India and internationally, with affiliations in 19 states.
